The packaging regulations in some EU countries make it difficult for small providers...and Austria is making it especially difficult for us. However, Austrian customers can register at www.oesterreichpaket.de or Lieferadresse-Deutschland.at (these are just examples; there are many providers) and have their packages sent to a German address.
This is often no more expensive than direct shipping.
